As a professional breeder and trainer of Labrador retrievers, I’ve come across many dog related products over the past 25 years. The Life Bowl is a product that all dog owners should consider, especially those with fast eating dog. We use the Life Bowl at our training facility in Minnesota and have found that it slows down the eating process in our retrievers dramatically. We recently rescued two female puppies from the pound. We believe they are American Staffordshire Terrier, Mastiff, perhaps even Labrador mixes. The puppies are believed to have been on the streets of Los Angeles for the 1st 3 months of their lives. When we initially brought them home they ate at the speed of light. Our guess is that they had never been fed, that they had only fended for themselves on the street. We would have to literally pick their bowls up to slow them down. Since we’ve started using the Kaycee’s LifeBowls, their eating habits are much more contained and controlled (more ladylike). Not to be graphic but it has certainly made a difference with regards to their "digestion". Their having to eat around the bowl definitely makes eating time much calmer. My 3 Greyhounds love these bowls! I use the large one for water & they all drink at the same time for a change. It reminds me of the old stone water troughs in the city where carriages & horses could be watered around the fountain. They all looked askance at the small bowls at first, not being readily adaptable to new things. But now, they all eat heartily & happily from their very special bowls! And, being handicapped, I’m thrilled with the ease with which I can place them on the floor, barely having to bend. Thank you, Lynne for a superior product! Merci Riccardi |
I have found that Kaycee’s LifeBowl™ slows aggressive eaters and is very easy to handle with the self balancing design of the bowl.

Being involved with dogs for the last 15 years as the owner of a grooming, daycare and a holistic wellness center, as well as sharing my home with five dogs, I have seen many health issues with our canine friends. Nothing is as devastating as seeing a dog develop gastric torsion disease or Bloat.
On a personal level, I have also lost a dog to the disease. The LifeBowl is one of the best products I have seen in a very long time.
