Order Policy

All orders will be processed within two business days. In the event any order can not be processed in the two business day time frame, customers will be notified by email of new estimated shipping date for their order. Because all our Dog Breed related products are hand made at the time of your order, they have a 3 week shipping time requirement.

Payment

Safety and Obedience Pet Products accepts credit cards on our website or checks via mail as payment for orders. Orders paid by check will be entered after the receipt of the check.

Quality Policy

Our quality control staff tries to make sure no product with defects or deficiencies enters into our inventory but if one does please except our apologies and contact our customer service department. Customer service will initiate an order to resolve any product issues and complete your order.
